Amazing and positive experience! Everyone was so friendly and they explained each step to ensure a smooth process! My son had his appointment and same day we left with braces; he couldn’t be happier to get this started! Thank you so much Dr. Nyle and all of the Baum Braces staff!

On occasion, I have called the office with questions and/or concerns regarding my treatment plan. Each time, the receptionists (3 or 4 different employees) were able to respond to me with confidence on the spot. In addition, they were patient and understanding...

whenever i had to visit baum braces over the many many years (from elementary school to college!) of having expanders, braces, retainers, and now invisalign - i always knew what to expect. i would always be welcomed with a happy, joyful face at the front desk, then after a (very quick!) period of time i would be taken to the back, to begin my appointment with yet another amazing representative. everyone at baum always seems so happy to be there - rain or shine, they always have a positive and uplifting attitude. i think this quality of a staff is so important and definitely a must in the healthcare field! i know firsthand that not every visit or procedure is easy/favorable, but with the enthusiasm and unwavering support of the baum team, i know my visit will always be short - and sweet.
