Amazing and positive experience! Everyone was so friendly and they explained each step to ensure a smooth process! My son had his appointment and same day we left with braces; he couldn’t be happier to get this started! Thank you so much Dr. Nyle and all of the Baum Braces staff!

On occasion, I have called the office with questions and/or concerns regarding my treatment plan. Each time, the receptionists (3 or 4 different employees) were able to respond to me with confidence on the spot. In addition, they were patient and understanding...

Baum braces is awesome. I love earning points for gift cards. Everyone in the offfice is kind and respectful!!
My youngest daughter just got an expander from Baum, and we were happy with how they explained what they were doing, step by step, while they were putting the expander in. They patiently listened to her concerns and took time to answer her questions.

We had a great experience at Baum Braces. The staff was friendly, helpfull and patient. Michelle and Dr. Baum took the time to explain the process and clearly stated what to expect. I really liked how they acknowledge my son and spoke directly to him about the process. My son was excited and confortable. The procedure was smooth and fast. The lady (forgot her name) that assisted Dr. Baum with the braces was sweet, calm and knowledgeble. Thank you Dr. Baum and team for a great experience!
